How you use it:
Apply 2 pumps twice daily to skin.
One pump dispenses approximately 1/8 tsp.
The best places to apply are the inner aspects of the arms and thighs, upper chest, or behind the knee.

This is a GREAT natural product for all of the menopausal symptoms, but for me the two big ones were hot flashes and vaginal dryness. Vaginal Dryness and Hot Flashes
